Low pressure area formed in the Arabian Sea changed across the country

KATHMANDU: NOV. 19 – Partial to moderate change is taking place in Kathmandu Valley and other parts of the country. Due to the partial effect of the low-pressure area formed in the Arabian Sea is also seen in Nepal, it is changing all over the country.

According to the Meteorological Department, Department of Water and Meteorology, light snowfall is expected in a few places in the high hills and mountains. Due to this, the temperature has risen all over the country including the valley.

Afternoon: Territories of Karnali, Lumbini, Gandaki and Bagmati States of the country will remain normal and parts of other states will remain partially normal. There is a possibility of light rain in one or two places of Far West, Karnali, Lumbini, Gandaki and Bagmati. Light snowfall is expected in a few places in the high hills and mountains of Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali and in one or two places in the high hills and mountains of the rest of the state.

Night: Territories of Far West, Karnali, Lumbini, Gandaki and Bagmati regions of the country will remain normal and parts of other states will remain partially normal. There is a possibility of light rain in one or two places in the far west, Karnali, Lumbini, Gandaki and Bagmati States.

Afternoon: Territories of Far-Western, Karnali, Lumbini and Gandaki regions of the country will be moderately cloudy while the rest of the States will be partially normal. Light rain is likely in one or two places in the far west, Karnali, Lumbini and Gandaki.

Night: Territories of Far-Western, Karnali, Lumbini and Gandaki States of the country will remain normal and parts of the rest of the states will remain partially normal. There is a possibility of light rain in one or two places of Karnali and Gandaki States.

Afternoon: Normal change in hilly areas of the country while remaining areas will be partly cloudy. There is a possibility of light snowfall in Bagmati, Gandaki and a few places in the high hilly and mountainous terrain of State 1.

Night: Normal change in hilly areas of the country while remaining areas will be partly cloudy. There is a possibility of light rain in one or two places of Karnali and Gandaki States.

Due to the partial effect of the low-pressure area formed in the Arabian Sea in Nepal, there is a possibility of light to moderate snowfall in most parts of the country and in a few places in the high hills and mountains of the country. It is requested to take necessary precautions as the effect of the system will be cold in most parts of the country and the transparency will be reduced due to snowfall.
