Kathmandu Valley experiences year’s coldest day so far today
KATHMANDU: NOV. 17 – The Kathmandu Valley today experienced the coldest day of the year so far.
According to the Department of Water and Meteorology, the minimum temperature in Kathmandu today has been measured as low as 7.4 degrees Celsius this year.
