Nepal reports 377 new COVID-19 infections, 4 new deaths

KATHMANDU: NOV. 16 – Coronavirus infection was confirmed in 377 people in Nepal on Tuesday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 339 people out of 6,505 PCR tests conducted in the country and 38 out of 2,644 antigen tests.

At the same time, the number of coronavirus infections in Nepal has reached 912,846.

Another 4 more deaths have been reported, bringing the death toll to 11,482.

About 170 patients have been released after recovery, bringing the total number of cured to 798,714.

At present, there are 7,476 active infected isolators and 98 quarantined in Nepal, according to the ministry.
