Famous Indian author Mannu Bhandari passes away

KATHMANDU: NOV. 16 – Famous Indian author Mannu Bhandari has passed away. Bhandari, who had been unwell for a long time, died on Monday while undergoing treatment at Narayan Hospital, Gurugram in Haryana.

Confirming her demise, her daughter Rachana Yadav has mentioned that she has lost the precious ‘thing’ of her life. Many works of the late Bhandari including Aapka Bunti, Mahabhoj, Yahi Sach Hai are very popular.

She was born on April 3, 1931. She died at the age of 90.
