Unity of agitating judges at the crossroads

KATHMANDU: NOV. 15 – The unity of the agitating Supreme Court judges who have been demanding the removal of CJ Rana has reached a crossroads.

It has become clear that the unity of the judges has reached a crossroads after the five judges refused to attend the discussion with the agitating legal practitioners and the Nepal Bar Association.

Among the judges who refused to sit in the discussion are Tej Bahadur KC, Bam Kumar Shrestha, Kumar Regmi, Manoj Kumar Sharma and Kumar Chudal.

They have stated that they will only participate in the full court (plenary meeting) of the agreement to determine the pace of the round.
