11 candidates vying to become CEO of NEPSE

KATHMANDU: NOV. 15 – There will be competition among 11 people to become the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

Eleven people have applied for the post of CEO of NEPSE through open competition.

Earlier, Chandra Singh Saud, CEO of NEPSE, had resigned after a dispute over the purchase of shares of Sarbottam Cement. Since then, the post of CEO has been vacant in NEPSE. The post of CEO of NEPSE is vacant after being dragged into the controversy.

Dr. Ramesh Kumar Bhandari, Jeevan Amgai, Prabin Pandak, Badriprasad Pyakurel, Krishna Bahadur Karki, Niranjan Phuyal, Deepak Gautam, Keshav Prasad Shrestha, Govind Prasad Dahal, Chhabiraj Panta and Ramesh Ghimire have submitted their applications till the last day.
