Nobel pays 75.7 million bonuses to employees

BIRATNAGAR: NOV. 14 – Biratnagar-based Nobel Teaching Hospital has distributed Rs 75.7 million as a bonus to its employees. Nobel has distributed large sums of money to its employees in the form of profits and holiday bonuses.

According to Nobel, a total of Rs. 62.49 million 690 for-profit and 132.94 million 550 for festival bonus a total bonus of Rs.75.74 million 240 rupees has been distributed.

Dr. Sunil Sharma, the director of Nobel Hospital, informed that 309 percent of the basic salary has been distributed to the employees as a bonus.

The 1,004 Nobel employees received a bonus equal to three months’ basic salary. 988 employees have received a profit bonus while 1,004 employees have received a festival bonus.

Nobel has about 1,600 employees to work through direct employment and agreement through other organizations.

Nobel, which spends about 70 million rupees a month on employee salaries alone, has been distributing bonuses to employees every year.
