CJ Rana enters SC through alternative way

KATHMANDU: NOV. 14 – Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana has entered the Supreme Court despite the obstruction of legal practitioners.

Chief Justice JB Rana has entered the Supreme Court amid tight security despite the ongoing agitation by legal practitioners at the Nepal Bar Association and the Supreme Court premises.

Although they staged a sit-in to demand that Chief Justice JB Rana be barred from entering the Supreme Court, he entered the court using another way. On Friday, Chief Justice JB Rana entered the court using another route.

A total of 272 cases have been fixed in 10 sessions of non-self-appointed judges appointed by Chief Justice JB Rana.
