Three killed, three injured in Rolpa jeep accident

KATHMANDU: NOV. 14 – Three people have died in a pickup jeep accident in Rolpa. Three persons died on the spot when a jeep heading towards Gharti village from Hanning in Madi Municipality-6 met with an accident this morning.

According to Rolpa Police Chief DSP Naresh Raj Subedi, two men and a woman were killed and three others were injured. DSP Subedi said that they were rescued and rushed to the hospital.

The identities of the dead and injured have not been disclosed. “The crash site is very steep,” he said. “However, the police are still trying to find out if there are any other passengers at the crash site.”

DSP Subedi said that the number of passengers in the jeep was not disclosed.
