Oil Corporation besieged by student organization against petroleum price hike

KATHMANDU: NOV. 12 – Six student organizations affiliated with the ruling party have cordoned off the office of the Oil Corporation in Teku against the increase in the price of petroleum products.

Students who surrounded the corporation’s office have chanted slogans against General Manager Surendra Poudel. They demanded an immediate reversal of the petroleum price hike.
