Central committee meeting of UCPN (M) is being held

KATHMANDU: NOV. 12 – Central Committee meeting of CPN (Maoist Center) is being held. A meeting is being held today to discuss current issues including the amendment of the constitution.

Office Secretary Shri Ram Dhakal informed that the meeting will be held at 6 pm through a virtual medium. He said that the meeting was being held virtually as the central members were out of the valley for party work.

The Maoists have focused on organizational strengthening, including membership expansion and renewal. In preparation for the national conference, the party has intensified preparations for the ward, municipality and state conferences. The National Conference of the Maoists is being held in Kathmandu from Dec. 26 to 28.
