Deuba called the leader close to him for a discussion
KATHMANDU: NOV. 11 – Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, who is also the Prime Minister, has called the leaders close to him for a discussion. Leader Prakash Sharan Mahat said that Deuba had called the leaders close to him saying that the discussion would be centered on the 14th General Convention.
From the afternoon of the meeting, the Prime Minister will be staying at his official residence in Baluwatar. Chairman Deuba has invited Deputy Chairman Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar and Bimalendra Nidhi, General Secretary Purna Bahadur Khadka, Joint General Secretary Mahat and others to the meeting.
The Central General Convention of the Nepali Congress is being held in Kathmandu from December 10 onwards. Chairman Deuba has already claimed that the general convention will be held on time. He said, “I don’t want to.” Now the General Convention is not in my hands. It is in the hands of the election committee. I will not stop the general convention now. ‘
Congress is now obliged to conclude the General Convention on time.
