NEPSE fell, transaction amount over Rs 5 billion

KATHMANDU: NOV. 11 – On Thursday, the last trading day of the week, the share market (NEPSE) index has decreased by 59.57 points. Even on Wednesday, NEPSE had dropped by 79 points.

The NEPSE index fell by 2.17 percent to 2690.29 points by the close of trading on Thursday.

The Sensitive Index declined by 10.63 points to 502.19 points. Of the 13 subgroups traded, all subgroup indicators declined.

A total of 9,475,946 shares of 225 companies were bought and sold at a price of Rs 5 billion 119.6 million 2 thousand 540 rupees on Thursday.

Today, the share price of Manushi Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has risen by 10 percent and Tehrathum Power Company Limited by almost 10 percent.
