Clash between police and lawyers on SC premises
KATHMANDU: NOV. 11 – A scuffle broke out between police and lawyers at the Supreme Court premises. It is a push most when the lawyers have demonstrated in the Supreme Court premises.
Police had stopped when the lawyers (law businessmen) tried to keep Mike at the exhibition site. The participants in the demonstration maintained their stand. They said that if they were not allowed to protest, they would protest at the main entrance of the Supreme Court.
Police then used force. There was a scuffle between the police and the lawyers. Lawyers have chanted slogans demanding the resignation of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana.
Earlier, lawyers Birat Neupane and Bhuminanda Chundal had a brawl. Legal practitioners have been demanding the resignation of Chief Justice JB Rana. Chief Justice JB Rana, on the other hand, has been saying that he wants a dignified exit and has been demanding resignation from the streets.
