KATHMANDU: NOV. 11 – Midas Technology has made arrangements to make online appointments through a mobile application for long-term treatment and consultation with doctors at the Civil Service Hospital. The online appointment service is expected to facilitate the hospital’s OPD service and increase patient satisfaction.
Midas believes that being able to make appointments and pay for patients on their own will save them time and the hassle of queuing at the hospital. Midas has been playing a leading role in digitizing hospital services for the past two decades.
Midas has developed technology to fully digitize the management of hospitals and health facilities based on electronic medical records (EMRs). Midas has been assisting more than 150 hospitals across the country in its management system.
Midas Technology has been providing online telemedicine service through Mero Doctor mobile app and Web Mero Doctor.com. More than 200 specialist doctors are providing 50 percent discount as well as online tele-consultancy services for patients who wish to avail this service.
In addition, Patients can seek immediate free consultation with some full-time physicians through the Mero Doctor mobile app and the web My Doctor.com daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, according to Midas.
