Dividend announcement by Mega Bank

KATHMANDU: NOV. 9 – Mega Bank Limited has declared a dividend.

The Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday has proposed to distribute bonus shares at the rate of 12.07 percent of the paid-up capital to the shareholders of the bank from the profits of the last fiscal year 2077/78.

The proposed dividend will be distributed after the approval of NRB and approval of the next general meeting of the bank, the bank said.
