19 drug stores in Kathmandu suspended [with list]
KATHMANDU: NOV. 9 – The Department of Drug Management has suspended 19 drug stores. By issuing notice on Tuesday, the department has made public the names of 19 drug stores that were suspended in the fiscal year 2077/78 BS.
The department has suspended 19 drug stores in Kathmandu that were operating against the standards.
It is mentioned in the notice issued by the department that the shops have been suspended for 4 to 15 days as per sub-section 4 (a) of section 20 of the Drugs Act 2035.
Among those suspended are Gandhi Manohara Community Health Center, Nandakrishna Pharmacy, Med Star Center, Milli Medical Hall and Diagnostic Center, Luxi Bhet Pharma, Nikam Medical Hall, Medigold Pharmacy, Atorma Pharmacy, Jhorali Pharmacy, Tokha Emergency Medical Hall, Birasana Gorkhali Medical Hall, Sapna Tirtha Pharmacy, Prakritik Pharmacy, Kalika Pharmacy, Sarthak Pharmacy, Subedi Pharmacy, Anmol Pharmacy, Siddhi Pharmacy and Kharipati Pharmacy.
