Sunrise Bank to pay 7 percent dividend

KATHMANDU: NOV. 9 – Sunrise Bank has proposed to pay a 7 percent dividend to the bank’s shareholders. It is proposed to pay a 6.65 percent share dividend and 0.35 percent cash dividend for tax purposes from the profits of the Fiscal Year 2077/07.

The current paid-up capital of the bank is nine billion 488.79 million 44 thousand 499 rupees 39 paise. The proposal was made at a meeting of the bank’s board of directors. The proposed dividend will be distributed after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and approval of the general meeting of the bank.
