Three arrested for trying to lock up Nepal Bar Association

KATHMANDU: NOV. 9 – Police have arrested Tara Baral and others of the People’s Independent Commission. Police arrested Baral and two others for protesting in a restricted area.

Police arrested Baral’s group while they were on their way to lock the Nepal Bar today. They have been protesting in the Supreme Court premises and Maitighar Mandala for a long time demanding protection of the judiciary and removal of the impasse in the court.

They described themself as a social activist.
