Nepal reports new 408 COVID-19 cases, 8 deaths in past 24 hours

KATHMANDU: OCT. 31 – Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 408 more people in Nepal on Sunday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 376 people out of 5,731 PCR tests conducted in the country and 32 out of 2,168 antigen tests.

At the same time, the number of coronavirus infections in Nepal has reached 97,105.

Similarly, eight more people have died due to coronavirus taking the death toll to 11,407.

Similarly, 718,787 infected people have been cured in Nepal so far.

At present, there are 9,376 active infected isolation and 211 quarantined people in Nepal, according to the ministry.
