KATHMANDU: OCT. 31 – Dense settlements and dense population are the hallmarks of the city. The city also attracts many people with the hope of material facilities, comforts and opportunities.

But due to a lack of proper management, many cities in Nepal are not inhabited. There are many people in the city, but they are less happy.

Looking at the city of Kathmandu, the federal capital of Nepal, and the chaotic situation here, one can see how hard the people living here are living.

The city does not look like a city of happiness, whether it is vehicles and motorcycles parked indiscriminately, electricity and internet cable operators’ wires everywhere, construction materials placed on the road or sidewalks.

The garbage of the house has been taken to the river and mixed, while the parking lot of the house has been made by connecting it to the road. In a city where millions of people commute, there is not enough space for them to dispose of their excrement even if they pay.

Due to many such things, the people’s life in the city has become difficult. Experts in urban development say that Kathmandu is becoming ugly day by day saying that most of the cities in Nepal are not developed and expanded scientifically, no long-term planning has been done and all sorts of structures have been built.
