NMB Bank announces 15.80 percent dividend

KATHMANDU: OCT. 31 – NMB Bank Limited has declared a dividend of 15.80 per cent.

The Board of Directors meeting held last Friday announced to distribute 12.50 per cent bonus share and 3.30 per cent cash dividend of the paid-up capital to the investors from the profits of the last fiscal year 2077/78.

The proposed dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the NRB and passed by the next annual general meeting of the bank, the bank said.

In the previous Fiscal Year 2076/77, the Bank had distributed a total dividend of 16.20 per cent with 13 per cent bonus and 3.2 per cent cash. However, this time the bank has reduced the dividend by 0.40 per cent and announced a distribution of 15.80 per cent.
