Nepal records 549 new coronavirus cases in last 24 hours

KATHMANDU: OCT. 29 – The country recorded a total of 549 new cases of coronavirus while 569 infected patients recovered in the past 24 hours.

Of the confirmed cases, 490 were detected through the RT-PCR method and 59 from the antigen method.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, altogether 6 infected patients died of the infection in the past 24 hours bringing the COVID-19 death toll to 11,388.
