KATHMANDU: OCT. 29 – At the CPN (UML) central committee meeting held on Friday, party chairman KP Sharma Oli and vice-chairman Bhim Bahadur Rawal had an argument. Rawal, who has been dissatisfied with the 10-point consensus proposal made for resolving internal problems, had raised the issue at the meeting.

At that point, Oli intervened and asked Rawal, “You can’t, what can I do?” Earlier, Rawal had resigned from the post of task force coordinator. Referring to this, Oli added, “Now that he has resigned, the task force is over, and the 10-point sub-committee is over.” Why a task force? The task force is over after you resigned. ‘

Rawal, who has been living in the Madhav Kumar Nepal group, has recently reached Oli’s side. Rawal, who is still in the UML, has been objecting to the implementation of Nepal’s 10-point unification of socialists.

Earlier, Oli had said that Rawal had resigned because of his inability to do so. Now it is justified. ‘Even the party’s deputy general secretary Ghanshyam Bhusal has been expressing dissatisfaction with Rawal. They have been saying that 10 points should be implemented literally in the party.
