15 writ petition filed against judge

KATHMANDU: OCT. 29 – A writ petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against 15 judges of the Supreme Court. Supreme Court spokesperson Baburam Dahal said that three writ petitions were filed alleging that the judicial system was affected due to the non-attendance of judges.

According to him, the writs are in the process of registration. Advocates including Swagat Nepal and Krishna Prasai have filed the writ petition. “Three writs have arrived here,” said Dahal. Proponents of case have been working to make the actual transcript of this statement available online.

They asserted that their confession had been obtained through torture and that their confession had been obtained through torture. They have also demanded the issuance of an order to look into the issues on the pay list.
