MetLife branch offices in Pokhara and Butwal

KATHMANDU: OCT. 28 – With a commitment to continuously provide unique and exceptional service to its customers, MetLife Nepal has expanded its facilities in Western Nepal.

Branch offices have been set up in major market centres like Pokhara and Butwal.

MetLife has stated that services related to insurance application and premium collection, policy distribution and change, rehabilitation, customer inquiry management and other document processing services can be availed.

Both the offices were inaugurated in the presence of Nirmal Kaji Shrestha, Vice President and General Manager of the company and other senior employees.

During the inauguration, General Manager Nirmal Kaji Shrestha said that the objective of MetLife was to enhance the customer experience and the newly converted branch offices would give a new dimension to the customer experience by providing quality facilities to their customers in and around Western Nepal.
