Attaria-Chamelia transmission line resumed

KATHMANDU: OCT. 21 – The Attaria (Kailali) – Chamelia (Darchula) 132 KV transmission line, which was blocked due to falling trees in various places due to rains, has also come into operation.

The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has stated that the transmission line has been brought into operation from Thursday after removing the obstruction.

NEA has also informed that power supply has been restored in most parts of the hilly districts of the far west as soon as the transmission line came into operation.
