BIRATNAGAR: OCT. 19 – Due to unseasonal rains, people’s lives have been affected. People’s lives have been affected due to incessant rains since Monday afternoon.

Due to the rain, the paddy crop has fallen somewhere and has been submerged in the cut area. Farmers have said that they have not been able to thresh the ripe paddy due to continuous rains and strong winds.
