Deadline to apply for the 47th Convocation Ceremony has been extended

KATHMANDU: OCT. 19 – Tribhuvan University has extended the deadline to apply to participate in the 47th Convocation. As per the request to extend the deadline during the Dashain holiday, the time to apply has been extended till Oct. 22.

The meeting of the board of directors of the TU examination has decided to apply till Oct. 22. According to the semester and annual examination system, undergraduate, postgraduate and M.Sc. Students who pass the Phil level and get a transcript from the Examination Control Office will be able to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Also, students who have completed PhD in the same period will be able to participate in the 47th convocation ceremony, according to the office.

Fees and deposits must be paid together

Graduation and certificate fee for undergraduate level is 2,200 and deposit is 1,500 for a total of 3,700, fee for postgraduate and M.Phil level is 2,700 and bail is 4,200 and Ph.D. The fee has been fixed at Rs 3,200 and Rs 4,700 as bail.

This time, only one parent can participate in the graduation ceremony and an additional 300 fee has to be paid for it. It is stated in the notice that all the levels will be given a deposit of Rs. 1,500 and the maintenance fee of 300 gowns, scarves will be deducted from the deposit amount.

Earlier, the 59th grace list with the details of the students who will be able to participate in the graduation ceremony has been passed on the occasion of the anniversary of Tribhuvan University, in which it has been decided that 29,729 students will be able to participate in the graduation ceremony.
