Number of people being treated on the ventilator is zero
TANAHUN: OCT. 18 – The number of patients being treated on ventilators due to coronavirus infection in Tanahun has dropped to zero. According to the Health Office, Tanahun, patients with coronavirus infection have not been treated at the district hospital with a ventilator.
There are currently 75 coronavirus-positive home isolation patients. The district has the highest number of 30 in Byas Rural Municipality, 19 in Shuklagandaki, nine in Bhimad, seven in Myagde, five in Bhanu, two in Bandipur and one each in Devghat, Aabukhaireni and Rishing Rural Municipality.
As of Sunday, the number of actively infected people was 37, said Shankar Babu Adhikari, chief of the health office. There are 20 in Byas Rural Municipality, nine in Shuklagandaki Rural Municipality, three in Bhimad Municipality, four in Myagde Rural Municipality and one in Rishing Rural Municipality. In Ghiring Rural Municipality of the district, the number of coronavirus is zero.
