Two people including a woman who killed her husband together with her boyfriend made public
DHANGADHI: OCT. 17 – Police have made public two persons, including a woman, arrested in Kailali on the charge of murdering her husband along with her boyfriend. Police have arrested his wife Amrita Chaudhary, 27, and Bishnu Chaudhary, 29, on the charge of murdering Ramesh Chaudhary, 25, of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan Ward No. 7 Bailey.
Chief Superintendent of Police (SP) Bishwa Adhikari of the District Police Office said that the deceased’s wife Amrita had killed Ramesh along with her boyfriend. According to SP Adhikari, Amrita and Bishnu had been in a love affair for several years and they had killed after Amrita’s husband met them near their house on Friday night.
It is seen that Ramesh had beaten Bishnu after meeting them in an objectionable condition, ‘said SP Adhikari. On the same night, Ramesh’s body was dumped in the nearby Khutiya River and the two were on their way home, police said.
The deceased has a three-year-old son. Earlier, police had arrested two others on suspicion of involvement in the murder. However, police said that they were released after their involvement was not seen. A special investigation team comprising SP officers and the Far Western State Police Investigation Team was deployed at the spot to investigate the incident.
