Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is to give 31 percent bonus share

KATHMANDU: OCT. 6 – Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced the dividend to be paid to its shareholders.

The Board of Directors meeting held on Oct. 6 has decided to pay 31.05 percent bonus share and 1.63 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders from last year’s income.

The company has stated that its capital will reach Rs 270 million after distributing bonus shares and cash dividends.

At present, the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 206 million 27 thousand.
