Global IME Laghubitta to give 28 percent bonus share

KATHMANDU: OCT. 6 – Global IME Laghubitta is to give a 28 percent bonus share to its shareholders.

The dividend will be distributed by Laghubitta from the profit of the last fiscal year. The Board of Directors of Laghubitta, which met on Oct. 5, has declared a dividend.

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has stated that the dividend will be distributed by Laghubitta after it is approved by the next general meeting.

After the distribution of bonus shares, the paid-up capital of microfinance will reach Rs. 55 crore 25 lakh 89 thousand 326 rupees. At present, the paid-up capital of Laghubitta is Rs. 431.7 million 10 thousand 411 rupees.
