NEPSE increased by 41 points, the transaction amount was limited to Rs 3 billion

KATHMANDU: OCT. 5 – The stock market (NEPSE) index rose by 41.48 points on Tuesday, the third trading day of the week. By the end of trading on Tuesday, the NEPSE index had risen 1.63 percent to 2,612.65 points.

The Sensitive Index rose by 7.04 points to 492.02 points. Of the 13 subgroups traded on the day, subgroups of 1 group increased while all other indices declined.

A total of 58.42 million 135 shares of 223 companies were traded at a total value of Rs 2 billion 999.68 million 19 thousand 6 hundred 83 rupees.

Shares of Multipurpose Finance Company Limited, Himalayan Power Partner, and Samata Domestic Microfinance Institution rose 10 percent on the day.
