Nepal Bangladesh Capital passed dividend
KATHMANDU: OCT. 5 – The general meeting of Nepal Bangladesh Capital has been concluded. The meeting passed the proposed 19 percent cash dividend. The third annual general meeting of the organization held at Indreni Foodland in Baneshwor on Monday passed the dividend proposed by the board of directors.
At present, the paid-up capital of the organization is Rs. 200 million. The rich will get a cash dividend of Rs 38 million at the rate of 19 percent.
The meeting also reviewed the report of the Board of Directors of the Fiscal Year 2077/78, the report of the Auditor and the balance sheet of the year ended on 31st Ashad, 2078 BS, and the report of the Fiscal Year ending on the same date. The profit and loss account and cash flow statement of 2077/78 has been passed.
The Assembly has passed the proposals to appoint an auditor to audit the Fiscal Year 2078/79 BS as per Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063 BS and to fix the conditions of his remuneration and appointment.
