KATHMANDU: OCT. 2 – It has been raining in Kathmandu Valley since this morning. The weather forecast department has stated that the rain will continue till this afternoon.

There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning in many parts of State 2 with partial to normal cloud cover across the country today. There is such a possibility in some places in other states as well.
