Oli could not finish his speech due to cough

KATHMANDU: OCT. 1 – The first assembly general convention of the CPN (UML) is being held at the Sunrise Conference Center in Lalitpur from Friday (today), which was inaugurated by Chairman KP Sharma Oli by lighting a lantern.

After the inauguration, Oli delivered a keynote address. However, he could not finish his speech. The host informed that Oli could not finish his speech due to ill health.

After that, Oli handed over the task of reading his written speech to Shankar Pokharel saying that he had a problem with the common cold. Oli immediately went to his seat and Pokhrel delivered a written speech on Oli’s behalf.
