Municipality instructs teachers not to do politics
BARDIA: OCT. 1 – The Education Development and Coordination Unit, Bardiya, has warned to take action against teachers involved in politics. He warned of action saying that serious attention has been drawn due to widespread complaints and complaints in this regard.
Through a press release on Thursday, community school teachers, early childhood development facilitators and staff have also been alerted. It has been said that it is against the law for any teacher/employee to be involved in active politics.
As there is a provision in Article 16 (e) of Sub-section 5 (e) of the Education Act 2028 (with amendments) that any teacher holding any teaching post cannot participate in active politics, violating the rules and regulations. The teachers will be warned to take action as per the provisions of the Act and regulations, ”the statement said.
