Passengers without masks are not allowed to travel
KATHMANDU: SEPT. 30 – Passengers who do not wear masks are no longer allowed to travel in vehicles. The Kathmandu District Administration Office has implemented the new rule with effect from Thursday. The administration has also mentioned that it is not allowed to carry more passengers than the approved seat capacity in vehicles.
Similarly, the driver and co-driver must wear a mask, visor and gloves, and there must be a sanitiser on the door of the vehicle, and the vehicle must be sanitized daily.
The administration has also urged not to engage in crowded activities as the risk of the coronavirus epidemic remains high. The administration office has also requested to conduct the meetings, seminars and seminars through a virtual medium as much as possible.
