Brother arrested with brown sugar

BIRATNAGAR: SEPT. 29 – Two persons have been arrested in Biratnagar along with the brown sugar. According to the Area Police Office, Rani, Saurabh Acharya, 24, of Dharan-6 and his brother Saugat Acharya were arrested along with brown sugar from Dhat No. 2 at Biratnagar Metropolitan City-15.

A police team from the Bureau of Narcotics Control arrested them with 10 grams and 120 milligrams of brown sugar and further investigation is underway, police said.
