The case against Speaker Sapkota is being heard in the Constitutional Bench today

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 29 – The murder case against Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota is being heard today. The case of murder after the abduction of Arjun Lama of Kavre will be heard in the Constitutional Bench today.

Judges Deepak Kumar Karki, Mira Khadka, Harikrishna Karki and Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada are on the bench headed by Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana. The hearing against the Speaker has been placed in the first place.
