Agni Prasad Sapkota approved the Finance Bill and the National Debt Raising Bill

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 28 – Speaker of the House of Representatives Agni Prasad Sapkota has ratified the Fiscal Bill 2078 and the National Debt Raising Bill 2078.

Both the bills were passed by both the houses of the federal parliament in accordance with Article 111 of the Constitution of Nepal.

“Originating in the House of Representatives, the ‘Finance Bill, 2078’ and the ‘National Debt Raising Bill, 2078’ passed by both the Houses of the Federal Parliament in accordance with Article 111 of the Constitution of Nepal have been certified today by Hon’ble Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota,” said Speaker Sapkota’s private secretariat. Bills certified by the Speaker shall be sent to the Office of the President for verification in accordance with Article 113 (1) of the Constitution.
