Nepal reports 1,158 new COVID-19 cases, 12 deaths in last 24 hours

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 28 – Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 1,158 more people in Nepal

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 904 people tested positive for 11,672 PCRs and 2,151 tested positive for 2,151 antigens.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 12 people have died from coronavirus infection and 1,318 have been cured.

With the addition of Tuesday, the total number of coronavirus infections in Nepal has reached 793,271.

At the same time, the death toll in Nepal has reached 11,115 and 763,734 people have been recovered of infections.

According to the ministry, the number of actively infected people in the country is 18,422. Out of which 17 thousand 125 are in home isolation and 1 thousand 297 are in institutional isolation.

Of the coronavirus patients, 364 are being treated in the ICU and 120 in the ventilator.
