Turnover increased by Rs 5.5 billion as NEPSE fell by 70 points
KATHMANDU: SEPT. 28 – On Tuesday, the third trading day of the week, the share market (NEPSE) index has decreased by 70.01 points. On Monday, the second trading day, NEPSE had dropped by 73 points.
By the close of trading on Tuesday, the NEPSE index had fallen 2.61 per cent to 2,615.40 points. The Sensitive Index fell by 11.42 points to 494.91 points.
Of the 13 subgroups traded on the day, all subgroups declined.
A total of 13,034,828 shares of 218 companies were traded at a total value of Rs 5.74 billion 54 lakh 88 thousand 1 hundred 79 rupees.
On this day, the share price of Manakamana Smart Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has increased by 10 per cent and the share price of Mailung Khola Jal Vidhyut Company Limited has increased by almost 10 per cent.
