NEPSE index rises, the transaction amount is limited to Rs 6 billion
KATHMANDU: SEPT. 22 – The stock market (NEPSE) index rose by 104.88 points on Wednesday, the fourth trading day of the year.
By the end of trading on Wednesday, the NEPSE index had risen 3.87 per cent to 2,816.95 points. The Sensitive Index rose by 19.47 points to 528.10. The indices of all the 13 subgroups traded on this day have increased.
Similarly, 1 crore 21 lakh 22 thousand 298 shares of 217 companies worth Rs 6 billion 179.3 million 158 were traded on Wednesday.
On this day Best Finance Company Limited, Corporate Development Bank Limited, Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited, Liberty Energy Company Limited, Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited, Universal Power Company Limited, Reliance Finance Limited, Premier Insurance Company Limited, Divyashwori Hydropower Limited, Multipurpose Limited and Manakamana Micro Finance’s share price has risen 10 per cent.
