There are signs of some improvement in the weather and the month of September-March is considered suitable for mountain flights, said Sudarshan Bartaula, spokesperson of Yeti Airlines. For now, bookings are open for one flight every Sunday.
He said that a mountain flight has been scheduled for every Sunday with ATR-72 aircraft and the number of flights has been gradually increased as per the demand of the passengers.

For residential foreign nationals, the fare has been fixed at Rs 13,275, said Bartaula.
Yeti had the same fare for the mountain flight that was opened after the first lockdown. Yeti, which has brought separate packages for Nepali passengers and resident foreign nationals, has fixed Rs 9,848 and Rs 14,775 for two tickets respectively.
By purchasing this ticket, passengers will get a seat with one window and no window next to the other. Mountain flight tickets can be purchased through the nearest travel agency, Yeti’s mobile app and online, the company said.
