Minister Khadka took oath

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 22 – Nepali Congress leader Dr Narayan Khadka has been sworn in as foreign minister. President Bidhya Devi Bhandari administered the oath of office to Khadka at a ceremony held at Shital Niwas.

On the recommendation of the government, President Bhandari today appointed Khadka as a Minister to take charge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Minister Khadka is scheduled to arrive at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today. Then in the evening, he will go to New York.
