Nepal reports 1,330 new cases, 5 deaths in past 24 hours

ITAHARI: SEPT. 21 – Nepal recorded a total of 1,330 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 1,036 persons tested positive for COVID-19 through the RT-PCR method while 294 tested positive through the Antigen method.

Another, 5 deaths have been reported, bringing the death toll to 11,053.

Meanwhile, 1,830 persons have returned home after a complete health recovery from COVID-19. Altogether 754,000 people have been cured in Nepal so far.

At present, there are 21,524 active cases in Nepal.
