Supreme Court’s ‘green signal’ to Kulman, no interim order

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 21 – The Supreme Court has refused to issue an interim order in the writ petition filed against the appointment of Nepal Electricity Authority Executive Director Kulman Ghising. With the court refusing to issue an interim order, the way is open for Kulman to work.

The Supreme Court has refused to issue an interim order in the writ filed by Hitendra Dev Shakya seeking restraint of Kulman from working as the executive director.

A single bench headed by Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana issued a show-cause order, paving the way for Kulman to work.
