Rajasthan and Punjab will face in IPL today

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 21 – Rajasthan Royals are facing Punjab Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL) today. The team that wins the game will score the same 8 points as the fourth-ranked Mumbai Indians. Rajasthan has scored 6 points from 7 games and Punjab has scored 6 points from 8 games.

However, to bring Mumbai down from fourth place, one of the two teams will have to draw a wide margin.

Punjab Kings captain KL Rahul has scored 2978 runs in 79 innings in 88 matches in the IPL. They are only 22 runs away from completing 3,000 runs. They are in the process of becoming the second-fastest player to score 3,000 runs in the IPL. The record for the fastest milestone is held by another attacking batsman, Chris Gayle. Gayle has scored 3,000 runs in 75 innings in the IPL.

Both the teams have hit sixes in the ongoing season of IPL. Punjab has hit 57 sixes so far while Rajasthan has hit 52 sixes. In 2021, the Royals are leading the way in hitting sixes in death overs. They has hit 20 sixes in Dave Overs.
